What ArcStat is

ArcStat is basketball league software built in Manila for local leagues — barangay, corporate, school, and city cups. The product is intentionally basketball-only: full NBA box score on every plan, advanced basketball stats (TS%, eFG%, PER, USG%, AST/TO) on Pro+, auto-recompute standings the moment a box score is approved, and a public fan page included on every tier.

Pricing is in Philippine pesos (from ₱0–799/month; pay annually and save about 2 months). Local payment rails — GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, GoTyme — included alongside PayPal, Wise, and Payoneer. No transaction fees. No per-registration fees. No FX surcharge.

Do I need technical skills to set up a league?
No. If you can run a group chat, you can run ArcStat. Creating a league takes about 90 seconds. Adding teams is copy-paste. Entering a box score is tapping through a form.
Do I need a credit card to upgrade?
No. Pay via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or GoTyme direct transfer — instant approval after the transfer settles, no FX fees, priced in pesos. For commissioners outside the Philippines, we also accept PayPal, Wise, or Payoneer at the same PHP price (FX handled by your provider).
Can I cancel anytime? What happens when my plan expires?
We don't auto-renew. If you don't pay before the renewal date, your league downgrades to Free at expiry — your data, teams, and stats stay intact. Photos are kept for 30 days in case you renew. After 30 days, photos are purged but everything else remains.
Can my coaches submit their own stats?
Yes. Invite coaches as Team Managers and they can submit post-game stats for approval. You review, click approve, and standings recompute instantly.
What happens if I outgrow the Free tier?
You keep everything. Upgrade to Starter, Pro, or Elite and your existing league, teams, players, and stats all come with you. No migration, no setup penalty — only the limits change.
