Pricing & payment
Tiers, payment methods, refunds, BIR receipts.
Yes. The Free tier covers 1 league, 8 teams, and 96 players, with full box scores and a public URL — forever, no credit card required. Paid tiers (Starter ₱1,999/yr, Pro ₱3,999/yr, Elite ₱7,999/yr) unlock more leagues, photos, advanced stats, embeds, and federations.
ArcStat is built in Manila for Philippine pricing (PHP, not USD), with first-class barangay/corporate/school league workflows. MyStatsOnline and Hudl are US-priced with FX markup and a learning curve aimed at high-school and college teams. Excel works but breaks the moment you need standings, public sharing, or coach submissions. ArcStat covers all three with one tool.
No. Pay via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or GoTyme direct transfer — instant approval after the transfer settles, no FX fees, priced in pesos. For commissioners outside the Philippines, we also accept PayPal, Wise, or Payoneer at the same PHP price (FX handled by your provider).
We don't auto-renew. If you don't pay before the renewal date, your league downgrades to Free at expiry — your data, teams, and stats stay intact. Photos are kept for 30 days in case you renew. After 30 days, photos are purged but everything else remains.
You keep everything. Upgrade to Starter, Pro, or Elite and your existing league, teams, players, and stats all come with you. No migration, no setup penalty — only the limits change.
Yes. 1 league, 8 teams, 96 players, full box scores, public URL — free forever. No card required to start. We make money when leagues outgrow the free tier and choose to upgrade.
We're built in Manila for Philippine leagues. No USD pricing, no FX markup, no payment-processor fees baked into the price. The pricing reflects what it actually costs us to run a league here.
Yes — full refund within 7 days of payment. After 7 days, credit only (applied to your next renewal). Send us a message and we'll process it the same day.
Today ArcStat issues a payment confirmation with a reference code that most companies accept for reimbursement. A BIR-registered Official Receipt is targeted for Q3 2026, once we cross the ₱250k registration threshold.
Yes — once BIR receipts are live (Q3 2026). Until then, the payment confirmation works for most internal expense claims.
Yes. Anyone can send the payment — we just match the reference code to your league. Many leagues are sponsored by their barangay, company, or school.
Elite covers up to 20 leagues at ₱7,999/yr — that's about ₱400/league/yr. Above 20 leagues, email shoot@arcstat.app for a federation rate.
Yes — pick monthly or annual at checkout. Monthly is ₱199 (Starter), ₱399 (Pro), or ₱799 (Elite); paying annually works out to roughly 2 months cheaper. We never auto-charge — each plan runs for the period you paid for, and you renew when it ends.
PayPal, Wise, or Payoneer — whichever you prefer. The price stays in PHP (so a Pro plan is ₱3,999); your provider handles the FX conversion to your local currency. Send the payment with the same reference code your league dashboard generates, and we approve once it settles. PayPal and Wise typically clear within minutes; Payoneer can take 1-2 business days.
Yes. Pricing is by league count, not by sport, so a single plan runs both. On Starter (2 leagues) you could run one basketball league and one pickleball club on the same subscription — no second payment, no per-sport add-on. Mix and match however you like up to your plan's league limit.
Yes. ArcStat has a Free tier that runs a full league at no cost: 1 league, up to 8 teams, 96 players, full box scores, auto standings, leaderboards, and a public league page, with no credit card and no trial expiry. It works for basketball or pickleball. Paid tiers (Starter ₱1,999/yr, Pro ₱3,999/yr, Elite ₱7,999/yr) add more leagues, photos, advanced stats, embeds, and federation tools when you outgrow Free.
Sports league software ranges from free to enterprise contracts of thousands of dollars a year, often with per-registration transaction fees. ArcStat is priced in Philippine pesos with no transaction fees: Free (₱0), Starter (₱1,999/yr), Pro (₱3,999/yr), and Elite (₱7,999/yr), billed annually with no auto-renew. An 8-team league can run fully free, and a federation of up to 20 leagues fits in Elite at roughly ₱400 per league per year.
Setup & onboarding
Getting your league live in under an hour.
ArcStat is a basketball league stats platform built for local leagues — barangay, corporate, school, and city cups. Commissioners track full box scores, auto-compute standings, and publish a public league page (arcstat.app/league/your-slug) that fans can visit without an account. Built in Manila for global use; free to start.
ArcStat for Pickleball is a match-scoring and rating platform for pickleball clubs, corporate cups, and city circuits. Track singles, doubles, and mixed match scores; auto-update DUPR-style ratings; record doubles partnership history; and publish a public club page (pickleball.arcstat.app/your-slug) that players can check without an account. Live now, free to start.
Yes. ArcStat is one word, but searchers often type "arc stat" with a space or "arcstats" with a trailing s. They all refer to the same product: a sports league stats platform built for local leagues in the Philippines and beyond (basketball and pickleball). Reach us at shoot@arcstat.app. Not to be confused with the ZFS arcstat command-line tool, the arcstats.io R package, or stat trackers for the ARC Raiders video game.
No. If you can run a group chat, you can run ArcStat. Creating a league takes about 90 seconds. Adding teams is copy-paste. Entering a box score is tapping through a form.
Creating the league is 90 seconds. Adding 8 teams + their rosters takes about 20 minutes if you have the names handy. Your first box score takes 5 minutes once you've used the form once. Most commissioners are publishing standings on day one.
Yes. CSV import for players and schedules is live on Starter and up; on any tier you can copy-paste names from your Excel into the team and player forms. Either way most commissioners migrate a full season in one sitting, and your spreadsheet stays untouched as a backup.
No hard cap on roster size — leagues commonly run 10-15 per team. The cap is per-league: 96 active players (Free), 240 (Starter), 1,500 (Pro), 6,000 (Elite).
No time limit. Mark a season 'Active' when it starts, 'Completed' when it ends. You can run multiple seasons per league (Spring 2026, Summer 2026, etc.).
Yes. Add the team, then assign it to the active season's roster. Players can join any time and their stats accumulate from when they're added.
Philippine basketball leagues commonly use spreadsheets, Facebook posts, or general league apps, but few of those are built for a local league running its own season. ArcStat is a Philippines-first basketball stats platform for barangay, corporate, school, and city leagues: enter NBA-style box scores, auto-compute standings, and publish a public league page (arcstat.app/league/your-slug) fans visit without an account. It is free to start and priced in pesos, not USD.
You make a barangay league standings page by entering each game result in a stats platform that auto-computes the table for you, instead of maintaining it by hand. In ArcStat, you create the league, add teams, and enter a box score; standings (W, L, PCT, points for and against, streak) recompute the moment a result is approved and publish to a shareable public URL. Setup takes under 30 minutes and the Free tier (1 league, 8 teams) covers a typical barangay bracket at no cost.
Yes. ArcStat runs company and corporate basketball leagues with full box scores, standings, playoff brackets, and a public page you can share in a group chat or on the company intranet. Coaches or team reps submit their own post-game stats from a phone courtside, and you approve them. The Starter tier (₱1,999/yr) removes ArcStat branding and adds team logos, player photos, and an iframe embed for your company site.
School intramurals can be tracked in ArcStat by running each year level or section bracket as its own season inside one league. Teachers or student managers enter box scores from a phone, and standings, leaderboards, and brackets update automatically on a public page students can follow. The Free tier handles an 8-team intramurals bracket at no cost; Starter (₱1,999/yr) raises the cap to 16 teams per league.
ArcStat tracks pickleball club standings and skill ratings from your own match results: enter singles, doubles, and mixed scores, and it updates standings, partnership history, and a DUPR-style internal rating for each player. That rating is computed inside ArcStat from your league play and is not synced or reported to DUPR. Each club gets a public page (pickleball.arcstat.app/your-slug) players check without an account, and it is free to start.
Features & roadmap
What works today and what is on the way.
Yes. Invite coaches as Team Managers and they can submit post-game stats for approval. You review, click approve, and standings recompute instantly.
Yes. Advanced stats (PER, TS%, eFG%, USG%, AST/TO) are live on the Pro tier (₱3,999/yr). ArcStat computes them automatically from your existing box-score columns and surfaces them on the advanced leaderboard, so there is nothing extra to enter.
Today ArcStat captures results through post-game submission: Team Managers enter the box score on their phone courtside and you approve it, recomputing standings instantly. Real-time basketball live scoring is on the roadmap for Q3 2026.
Yes. ArcStat generates single-elimination, double-elimination, round-robin, and Swiss-format brackets, with a configurable playoff cut from your regular-season standings. The bracket advances automatically as results are approved, and it publishes to your league's public page alongside the standings.
ArcStat is a stats platform, not a booking platform. Court-booking apps (like Sports360, Assenda, or FairPlay) help players reserve a court or join a session. ArcStat picks up after the game ends — full box scores, season standings, playoff brackets, player career stats, and a public league page fans can share. If you run a season-long league (barangay, corporate, school, club), ArcStat is the record-keeping layer; if you also need bookings or POS, a booking app complements it without overlap.
Yes. The iframe embed is live on Starter and up: drop a snippet on your WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace page and the standings live-update inside it. If you have no website, every league still gets a hosted public page you can share by link.
Yes. Custom branding (replacing the ArcStat logo with your own) is live on the Elite tier. Starter and up already remove ArcStat branding from public pages, and Elite goes further by putting your own mark in its place.
The analytics dashboard surfaces page views per league, top shared players, season comparisons, and attendance trends, built for federations that need cross-league insight. It is an Elite-tier feature on the roadmap for Q3 2026; every tier already gets standings, leaderboards, and box-score history today.
ArcStat is mobile-first on the web — works in any browser. We are not building a separate native app. The TM stat-submission flow is built specifically for courtside phone use.
Edit the game's date/time, or change status to 'Rescheduled'. Standings recompute when the game is eventually played and box score is submitted.
Today, basketball and pickleball. The basketball stat schema is sport-specific (FG%, rebounds, etc.) and pickleball runs on its own match-and-rating schema. Volleyball and soccer are not on the roadmap — we'd rather be the best in two sports than mediocre in six.
For a local, self-run league, the best software is the one priced and built for self-serve commissioners rather than enterprise sports organizations. ArcStat is built in Manila for exactly this: barangay, corporate, school, and city basketball cups plus pickleball clubs, with peso pricing, GCash and Maya payment, and a free tier. Larger platforms like SportsEngine, LeagueApps, and TeamSnap are stronger for big youth-sports organizations that need registration and payment processing, but carry USD pricing and per-transaction fees a local league rarely needs.
No. Every ArcStat league comes with a hosted public page (arcstat.app/league/your-slug) that shows standings, schedule, box scores, leaderboards, and brackets, with no website or hosting of your own. Share the link anywhere: Facebook, Viber, group chats. If you do have a site, Starter and up let you embed the standings via iframe so they live-update inside your own pages.
No. ArcStat computes a DUPR-style internal rating from your own league matches, but it does not sync, upload, or report results to DUPR. Use DUPR for your portable, cross-club rating and ArcStat to run the league itself: schedules, match scores, standings, brackets, and a public page. If official DUPR reporting is essential, pair ArcStat with a DUPR-partner tool.
Privacy & your data
Ownership, exports, what stays public.
You do. Export everything as CSV on the Elite tier, or on Free, Starter, and Pro request a full export and we deliver it within 1 business day. We never sell, share, or train models on your data.
Yes. Toggle visibility off in League Settings. Only invited members see standings, schedules, and box scores. The public URL returns a 404 until you re-enable it.
Yes. We collect only what is needed to run a league (account email, player names, stats). Players can request their data be removed via their commissioner; we delete within 7 days.
Daily automated backups (30-day retention). If you accidentally delete a season or game, email us within 30 days for a restore.
Yes — every public league gets a URL like https://www.arcstat.app/league/your-slug that fans can visit without an account. Share it anywhere.
Standard CSV with one row per player per game (player_id, game_id, all box-score columns). Imports cleanly into Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau.
Your data is yours. Public leagues are shareable by URL; private leagues are only visible to invited members. Export everything as CSV anytime (Elite) or by request (other tiers).
Roles & access
Commissioners, coaches, scorers.
Commissioner (you), Co-admin (manage with you, Elite), Team Manager (submit stats for one team, available now), Scorer (enter live stats, Q3 2026).
Submit post-game box scores for their team. Optionally edit their roster and create players if you grant the permissions. They cannot see other teams stats until those are published.
Yes — invite Co-admins (Elite). Same permissions as you minus billing access.
Team Managers handle one team's full roster + post-game submissions. Scorers enter live game stats during the game itself (Q3 2026, mobile-first).
On the Q4 2026 roadmap. Today, commissioners create player profiles. When self-signup ships, players will claim their profile via an invite link from the commissioner.
Account lifecycle
Renewal, downgrades, transfers, deletion.
Everything stays. Photos are soft-hidden for 30 days then purged if you don't re-upgrade. Your stats, teams, players, schedule, and standings are never deleted.
Yes. A league with no Active season just sits there — public page still works, no charges accrue, photos kept. When you start a new season, everything resumes.
Email shoot@arcstat.app with both your address and theirs. We change ownership and confirm by email. Common when barangay or company boards rotate.
Email shoot@arcstat.app from your registered address. We'll permanently delete your leagues, teams, players, and stats within 7 days and confirm by email. Public pages return 404 immediately.
