ArcStat is a basketball stats app built for the people who actually run local basketball leagues — barangay commissioners, corporate league organizers, school athletic directors, and city-cup directors. The product is intentionally basketball-only and intentionally mobile-first: every screen works courtside on a phone, and there is no app to install.
